People's Sanctuary El Quilombo Project Manager/Assistant needed

I have my personal, the business (retreats, ceromonies & celebrations the land project/Eco village.
I need a Project Manager/Assistant. I immediately need help with a crowdsourcing & recruitment of volunteers for land project
THE PEOPLES SANCTUARY - THE VISION
The Sanctuary is a water hole, an oasis of the mind, body & Soul.. A space & place where Conscious Beings reside & commune. A collective environment tailored to individuals & their Art, yet operating & functioning as a Holistic unit. With that being said the Sanctuary is a home, a residence for a group of Conscious Beings coming together in the true spirit of Community & unity. The Sanctuary is where we lay our heads & break bread as a Family. A space & place, to share ideas, moments, techniques/approaches toward life & beyond. A place to learn, grow & support one another if & when it feels right : Spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, as well as financially for this will be a collective effort in which all will contribute. Here we shall cultivate a culture of Love, Light & Truth while resurrecting & invoking our Ancestral Tribal ways & memories. The Vision is a collective environment tailored to individuals Art, founded on Spiritual understandings of ourselves & Community. Within the Sanctuary we will engage & deal with the basics of survival, such as food, shelter, etc, collectively. This in turn frees up energy & time to channel into other endeavors that are more fulfilling & in alignment with our Higher Purpose. The wealth, power & richness will come from the People coming together. In short the Sanctuary will be a home, a House of Liberation & Enlightenment, this is the premise, the foundation & Vision from which Community & Civilization will blossom & thrive. We must live the paradigm shift now.
