We have launched a new website. We need to hire sales and marketing persons in all the countries to promote our website. The payment formula: base payment rate if the minimum sales requirement is met + 7% of total revenue of those beyond the minimum revenue requriement. base payment rate is 5% of minimum revenue requirement. for example, if the revenue requirement is 500$, the base rate is 25$ For example, if in your country there is 700$ total transactions in a month. the minimum revenue requirement is 500$. Then you get: 500 * 5% + 200 * 7% which is 25 + 14 = 39. If in your country there is 5000$ total transactions in a month. the minimum revenue requirement is 500$. Then you get: 500 * 5% + 4500 * 7% which is 25 + 315 = 340.
