I've worked with a company for almost half a year and was under a huge Telecommunications Company in the US called "Sprint". I cater General customer support, Billing, Phone Activations, Payments, Plans and Promotions, Network and Technical Support too for mobile and deals with almost all of their concerns. I do all the multitasking including providing instructions or remote assistance if needed to fix their quires and device and network issues.
The most recent company that I have worked for over a year now including training and cross-training is also an International company. I am one of the pioneer teammates for eBay UK (BPO). Originally trained for the mediation team and was then again picked for another cross training as an Escalation Consultant, afterward since the company saw my potential I was then cross-trained once again for the Appeals Department/team, the highest point of escalations wherein I handle multiple and complex concerns that weren't resolved prev.
