We are an event agency and organize various conferences. We have two separate web pages of our company (separate URLs), from these URLs we send out newsletters (website A and website B).
Our events / conferences all have their own separate websites / URL's (websites C, D, E, F and F for example), we link from our newsletters to articles on these different websites. We also send messages from two separate Twitter accounts and also via LinkedIn.
All these websites are already provided with the Google Analytics tracking code.
To make the links we use Google Analytics Campaign URL Builder and place thins links
in the newsletters, twitter and LinkedIn messages.
In addition to our websites, we use an external registration page (website Z for exampe) where people can confirm participation in our event / conference.
What do we need you for?
- We want to be able to follow the traffic from sending the newsletter / Twitter / Linkedin message
- The ultimate goal is to see which people have actually signed up for the event / congress on website Z in the example
- We would like to have this overview in a nice and well-arranged Dashboad
What is the difficult challenge?
- As we said, we have several websites, we would like to follow the traffic over these different URLs and see this in one nice and clear Dashboard
