Web Page Ranking & Setup of meta tags

I have these sites below, all hosted with [url removed, login to view] on my own account. I have full access to edit these web pages.? I will give you some key words but need to have the meta tags and whatever else is needed to get these pages ranked.? You will need to submit these pages to the search engines at least once a month for a min. of 1 year.? So this is an on going job for at least 1 year.? If I like it Iwill pay the same amount to repeat again for 2nd year.? ? Please let me what experance you have, let me search some sites on google and yahoo that you have helped others with.? I have to have some examples or I will not choose you to complete the work.
