Iphone and IPAD app using 3D view - 2nd

Hi, i am the CEO of the YALMAP project ( [url removed, login to view] ),

i need a first version of a app that is the same viewer as you will find in this web version(work in progress) :[url removed, login to view]

As first project i will need only the 3D viewer 100% working as per attached description:

Nextly, will be requested(and payed extra) updates to the app, to add the uploder section and other features.

The price will be 500 euro fixed for the first release.

Timings are critical and i will not accept delays in the release after assigning the project.

I need this to be completed as soon as possible, and a first draft release to be used as proof of your skills.

Skype is mandatory for daily feedbaks, so please provide me in your proposal your skype ID for a fast chatting.

My fixed rules are :

- NO MILESTONES PRE-PAYED

- NO DEPOSIT IN FREELANCERS

- FIXED FINAL PRICE at 500 euro

The flow will be :

1) you provide me a very draft of the carousel as soon as possible , so i can understand if you are really skilled.

2) we find an agreement in terms of timings and delivery date to complete the app.

3) i provide you all the necessary info for the API to call and everything you need.

4) you complete the APP IN TIME as agreed.

5) i PAY you the total amount of 500 euro as agreed.

6) You provide me the source code.

I will not accept any bid that will not accept my rules.

DO NOT BID more that 500 euro, will be rejected.

I am a serious freelancer and i will pay who will be skilled and serious and will provide me the exact result i need.
