Build React Native iOS and Android App

I need a react native app built. The requirements are as follows:
Cross platform (iOS, Android)
Must use Babel or TypeScript
Must use Redux for dependency management
Must be responsive design
Must use component project structure. e.g:

The app is backed by a Python API that I wrote myself (I am a developer, however, I do not have time to complete this project and so I am looking for some extra hands).
I will provide you with the Sketch/Figma files for each screen. You will not need to design any screens. I also have Supernova Studios which i can export the React Native code for each screen which will cut down on your time to implement. There are a total of 30 screens.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING:
This is the third time I have posted this project on Freelancer. The last two freelancers were incompetent to say the least. I take full responsibility for not vetting them properly and as such I will be rigorously vetting anyone who bids on this project.
ABSOLUTELY NO PROJECT MANAGERS. I am a developer, i speak code. I will not be going through a third party to speak or relay information. Your company is more then welcome to bid, on the project, but I will only speak to developers about the requirements of the project.
Do not bid if you do not have published apps in the iOS App Store or Android Play Store. If you bid on the project, the first thing I will ask you is for your published work.
Must speak fluent English. You do not have to be a native English speaker. But if your proposal has dozens of typo's, run on sentences and other grammatical errors, I will not be responding to your proposal.
I need this project completed by the 26th of August. I will hold you to this timeline, and if I see you falling behind on the work required, I will end the project and find another developer.
MOST IMPORTANT: You must use my code repository. I need to see daily commits of the work being done. I have both Android and iOS devices that I will be testing the code against. DO NOT bid if you do not agree to this.
DO NOT ASK ME TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU ON ANY OTHER PLATFORM OTHER THAN FREELANCER. IF YOU DO, I WILL REPORT YOU TO FREELANCER.
The API is completed, but I can make changes to it as you request.
