Card Collecting game (Mobile app + Web app)

Basic card collecting game of racehorses. Think in line with the pokemon trading card game. Players would collect cards in the mobile app, store them and could compete against others in the app with them. The website would offer the same play login and stored cards that can be displayed to others but nothing all that interactive on that, this can be stand alone mobile app. What will be needed is - A login and registration system - Ways for players to collect cards. Ideally one would be a paid offering, other options are free - User profiles that display their collected cards and achievements - A battle system for the cards - A hosting system for the game to connect players for matches and to store the data I already have the more designy details planned and needing someone with a better sense of programming to get this setup. Whoever takes on the offer will also be available for the game's updates so consider this a reoccurring position you'll be paid for.
