iOS and play store app design for electrician & dealer

I want app to scan the QR code for reward points or value earned on product purchased. App should also track the product is purchased from which dealer through qrcode or barcode. the app should have personal details of the user say whether he is electrician or dealer with chatbot, if he is dealer gst number & if electrician member of any wireman association, their KYC details for financial transaction, bank details, aadhar, pan etc, the rewards earned can be encashed from Amazon or Paytm or in bank as they wish. App should have a campaign or ad space to announce schemes, reward points from time to time. App should be in native language as usage traffic will be high, it should be fast to collect data and send and a admin panel for all details to be stored and control
