WHO WE ARE: Bellarine Catchment Network are a Not-for-Profit organisation which represents the views and needs of the Bellarine Peninsula community and specifically 32 environment groups, 'Friends Of', Landmanagers, Landcare and Coastcare. Read more about BCN here: [login to view URL] CARING FOR OUR BAYS PROGRAM: The Caring For Our Bays program is an innovative program that aims to lift the profile and appreciation of Corio Bay and the Bellarine shoreline of Port Phillip Bay, raise awareness of litter and its impact and reduce the amount of litter, sediments and nutrients that enter the waterways. Bellarine Catchment Network assists management authorities to improve environmental outcomes, with a focus on this project to improve the health of our waterways and bays. Read more about the Program here: [login to view URL] THE APP: As part of the 2019 Port Phillip Bay Grant Fund, BCN received grant money to increase awareness of cultural connections across Geelong and The Bellarine Peninsula. The design and launch of a mobile app are a grant outcome and will be entirely funded with grant money. WHAT WE REQUIRE: - An IOS Android Compatible mobile app - Completed by September for an October launch - 67 page app - Firm $5000 budget - Clear in-line documentation is essential PROJECT WILL BE AWARDED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: - Candidates with strong spoken and written english - Candidates who have read the brief and viewed the AppDesignTemplate. - No technical language in bid. We don't understand what Python etc is, so please don't fill the bid with jargon! - Communication only through Freelancer. No linkedin or direct email contact please.
