Many dream and hope for a better life but the opposite is often the case because of the lack or shortage of resources with which such noble dreams can be actualized. Many of these poor inorder to meet up with their basic need if not helped will likely choose a life of crime. Helping the poor around us will go along way in addressing and curtailing crimes
