Build Brand Mention & Customer Review Website

Hello I need a reputation management monitoring platform built. You will need to research and find the best applications, api's to add into the dashboard to monitor "ORM". The dashboard will need to monitor forums, Social Media, Search Engines, Video Websites, and Review Websites, for specific keywords, specifically names of companies, and individuals. The application needs to be built to accept memberships, as well as be able for other websites to use this in a "White Label" manner, under their own logo. this needs to be a live search on various platforms, not a simple Google search with data that can be days, to months old old. The business model is for clients to be able to be notified about any "business brand" mentions anywhere online, in real time, as well as email their clients asking for positive reviews, that can be reviewed, and the ones the business client chooses can proceed to the corresponding review sites the customer choose from on a list on the email they were sent.
