I am looking for someone to develop an Android/iOS application with the following specifications:
- configurable settings:
- target server ip
- application background for skinning
Entities to edit or create before uploading to server:
1) edit text for converting to audio clip:
- audio clip title
- audio clip text
2) record audio clip:
- via ipod/ipad/Android tablet/smartphone microphone
- functions:
- upload a text file to server, or upload recorded audio clip to server (both via http post method) depends on what was prepared by the user to submit
- Present and show a table of all available audio clips on the server
- query server for a list of available audio clip entries
- table fields e.g. clip id, clip title, date last modified, actions (to play audio clip, to edit clip original text (if available, since not all clips are
generated from text, some could be direct recording))
- each row on table represents an individual audio clip stored in server, when clicked on by user, will highlight such row, and in the background it will
check against the server if audio clip is available for downloading and playing, and adjust appropriate action buttons (e.g. play audio clip, edit clip text)
- user should be able to edit an existing clip entry text and submit to have the audio regenerated
- table based button to refresh entries in table by connecting to server again and query entries
- row based button action to allow any highlighted audio clip entry to be set as the "Audio to Broadcast", by connecting to server and set
- all server querying are done via http get method, detailed info is to be provided along the project development time.
- I have the application default background graphics and buttons you need to use. You also need to make sure the application can easily alter background graphics via application setting by choosing any .jpg or .png file.
- You need to add custom url scheme to this application so it is easily callable/startable from another application.
- you also need to add a button on right upper corner allowing easily calling/starting another application that has custom url scheme built for.

- Extensive experience with building Android or iOS apps is required. If you have done similar work in the past, it would be a bonus. Please pm me which Android SDK version, language e.g. objective-c, platform, etc you plan to use for this project.
- please try not to use any 3rd party components where I have to pay for licenses. If you intend to use 3rd party components, please PM me and advise what they are. Ultimately cost, reliability, and licenses for royalty distribution is major factors.
- I need all source code and rights to the source and binary code in the end.
