Javascript expert and jquery expert needed for job

I am in need of a javascript programmer to take a look at some js files. I have a current site I need adjusted (width) and past sites/stores that have been done with javascript or jquery that you can look off of. I need to be clear if you are not able to do this job the escrow payment will not be released, I cannot pay twice to have this work done. Please bid knowing I have alot of past designs very similar layout on same platform just do not know how to do what my other programmer has done. This job is to put the javascript files needed to make my site dislay in a fixed width and also I have a 1 pg psd I need coded similar to past designs which I can supply code from.
