There are two objectives that have been proposed for this study. First is to propose a model for predicting the pattern of unable employees’ attendance for courses using the employees’ data. The second objective is to develop a prototype of prediction system for predicting the months that suitable for the management to conduct courses. The prediction is being done by the attribute of type of courses and also the months. When the user key in the specified string, the prototype is able to give suggestions on suitable months or it is still relevant to have that same type of courses.
