Teach me how to use PNAs/GCM - Android Apps & Eclipse

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for a very experienced android app developer that can take a couple-few hours teaching me (in very specific detail) how to implement Push Notifications using GCM into my android apps using the Eclipse IDE. Java is not my 'native' programming language, I usually program using [url removed, login to view], so I am no expert, however I pick things up pretty quickly. You'll need to teach me not only the application-side portion, but also the server-side portion. So both the sending AND receiving.

I'd prefer someone that speaks English as their native language, with either an American, British, or Australian accent, just to make things go smoothly. Male/female, doesn't matter.

Don't waste my time. As with most other programming ventures, I'm learning this solely to make money, so I don't want to be spending days and days on end because you 'can't seem to make it today' or 'are having a hard time explaining things'. Don't think that you can just bid on this project and then go look at some online tutorial that you can just repeat at me. Before you bid, you must have an app with the PNA system integrated (it MUST use GCM rather than CDMA - keep this in mind). As your sample, I'll install the app on an android device of mine and after I confirm it's installed, you'll need to send out a push to it, so that I can make sure you know what you're doing, and that you know what I need. I'm not asking for a really fancy sample or anything, it can just be a blank app with a picture on it or something, all I care about is the PNA portion.

I'm really looking forward to your bids. This will be immensely helpful in some of my ventures, and will get you some extra cash and a great review. Please feel free to ask me any questions you need. I won't automatically ignore your bid if it doesn't include the sample - I understand we may need to talk before you can provide that. Just understand that I won't accept your bid without a sample.

ALSO, just to clarify, I will NOT need the source code for the sample. I'm not some sleezy scumbag trying to get work from you without paying for it. All I need is the final APK so that I can install it and see the feature.

So, to recap. Only US, UK, or Australian natives should apply. Male or female, doesn't matter. Remember we'll be using the Eclipse IDE. You must have Skype and Teamviewer to streamline communications. You must provide a sample - an app (content doesn't matter) that has the PNA system integrated (NOTE - using GCM, not CDMA) that I will install on my android device and await a push notification from you.
