* At least 2 References from previous clients or proof of work.

* Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, jQuery, Flash, and
strong sense of design.
* Ability to develop multi-browser (including mobile),
experience with application integration, and knowledge of UI best
practices with ability to develop and communicate standards for
consistency, branding, performance and maintainability.
*Clear concise communication and meeting deadlines are a must.
*Ability to work alone or in a diverse team aimed towards meeting company goals.

Website build is expected to be basic with a clear objective, therefore initial cost is expected to be lower. Though website is expected to come out of BETA testing after 3-6months and more features and design will be required and if individual/group proves to be clear with objectives deadlines and results then the position will be offered first with an attached cash incentive agreement within this project.
Details
Job entails building a basic professional website, with further work available after beta trial. Basic concept, site shall consist of a database for 1) individuals (members, registration will be necessary) to send messages to a specific identification number which then 2) by other individuals (public, no registration necessary) can retrieve messages via identification number. Each ID number is unique and when messages are viewed a reply may be sent to the ones who posted. Project shall be aimed at the NW, from Seattle to Portland during Beta, beneficial if within area.
