database implementation without sql workbench

-I want to implement a database from Kaggle ( forest fires in brazil, [login to view URL] Recipes and Interactions Crawled data from [login to view URL] (Genius Kitchen) online recipe aggregator or world happiness report or it could be most searched words in google worldwide in any field) all these datasets are available online. Any of these topics are fine but most searched words and food topic would be the best
- This project could be implemented in java or python 3 both is fine but not with Sql workbench
- should support one type of query (for instance in [login to view URL] you should be able to search top rated recipes )
- you can totally manipulate with the data as there should be atleast 2 data files of which one should be too large in Tb. You can make a fake one as well but if you are having two datafiles only then you would have to suggest the query type.
- should not take more than 2 weeks to complete.
- I need update every 2nd day about what is going on with my project
- can pay 50-60$ if you can do it with 2 data files but if you do it with more files which is not my requirement I can pay you more.

- As long as you re able to implement or design a database and a query its more than okay we can work with the price also
- I also need a small report of how the work is done and query is processed.
