implement threads for java tic - tac -toe game -- 2

i want to know how threads work in java so im building tac tao game , I almost completed the game but I'm stuck at implementing the logic of the thread just need some fixes so that each player run as a single thread without interference basically, there is two players and one board, so the problem is that only one player should be able to make a move at a time until there is the winner I provided the files as a zip you can see it contact me and I can provide you with the expected output
