Java coding assignment to be completed in two days

The assignment is to be completed according to the attached assignment description and by using the attached data files. It needs to be in Java. the assignment is not supposed to be used with "Threads"(in Java). So please try to make it simple with all comments and with perfectly functional code :) Upon assignment completion, the code will have to be tested first. It may need to pass certain online tests. Hence you will need to do further debugging, if the solution is not perfect or if the code fails certain tests. The code will need to be sent to the university system for testing.
