I would like you to write java code to read all properties that are defined in {tomcat_root} or {catalina_base} directory using this tomcat class org.apache.tomcat.util.digester. PROPERTY_SOURCE. Make sure all the duplicate property files are sorted out with code. We can discuss in detail the requirement if you have any questions. I want this to be successfully implemented on a test install before we can sign off of it.
