Need a jar file to append the data from one .doc file to another .doc file

we have 2 .doc files we need to append the data from 2nd file to 1st doc file after the last line of 1st doc file in windows platform. we need a command prompt parameterized jar on which we will give the file name. jar file is preferable. we have to use this jar file with oracle forms. please see the uploaded files 1) install fonts in system 2) see both files named doc 1 and doc 2 (DOC 2 contains hindi data) 3) see the required output in doc 3
