Openfire callbackOnOffline Plugin customization

Hello Sir, I am expert Java developer and i setup OpenFire server for more than 5 client and i worked on Plugins development for OpenFire and also customized many existing Openfire plugins. I checked the code of CallBackOnOffline and it's look okay to me. I will the task what you specifed and call the API with parameters which supplied.
