PDF form data (repost) - repost

I need the previously-built Java app modified so that, when specified, the output contains 2 decimal places (the field represent $ amounts). Currently when adding two amounts together that equal a round dollar, the hundredths places are not visible in the PDF form. __________________________________________________________________________________ Previous project: We have data on our website in XML form. We want to create a PDF using Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional that, when opened, will load the data into the fields we specify in the PDF. The user will not download the XML file. The script within the PDF needs to download and import the file. The PDF can reside on the same website as the data. What may be appropriate for this is creating an FDF file with PHP, and then the PDF will read the data stored in the FDF file. For this project i will only need to stuff the data into 2 fields and prompt for a third. We have dozens of PDF documents to create based on the same XML data. But I am only asking to have 3 fields on this PDF completed. 1) We would need the following on opening the PDF: Field 82, Field 83 and Field 84 to go into the PDF field labeled 'Owner's Name as it Appears on Driver's License.' 2) Field 92 should go into Owner's Date of Birth 3)we would need a prompt for the Check Application Type: Original/Transfer and then putting an X in the appropriate box. These are the only programming actions required in order to satisfy this project. Thank you.
