rewrite jdbc/sql code using Hibernate

I need the attached code rewritten using Hibernate. All SQL and JDBC / JdbcTemplate usage must be removed, instead using only JPA Hibernate5 API with annotations. Freelancer must come up with their own scaffolding, test data, and unit tests as no other files and no additional information will be provided by the employer. Employer will accept some deviation from the original semantics of the code since it is not documented, however, employer will NOT accept UNTESTED code which comes without full self-contained unit tests. The zipfile password is "freelanc3r". Project must be delivered in Maven compliant format, ready to build, with self-contained test database (H2 or Derby) generated using hbm2ddl.auto=update. Bidders will be held to the deadline stated in their bids. Multiple bidders may be hired to complete this project.
