Speed, speed and more speed, the website has to be as fast as possible, specs below can change to accommodate this as much as possible. 2. Video search (with Ajax) and view videos without leaving the site - See videoronk for example (use a spider to potentially search other video websites as well, also maybe for other video websites we only pull there top videos or specific RSS feeds). 3. But for above like to break out by keyword or categories which could be multiple keywords (so users can see top videos for Paris Hilton or Britney spears or pop culture which could consist of multiple keywords like Paris Hilton, Paula Abdul, American idol etc etc) 5. When a user watches a video it gets stored on the page per session with an option to save the video to a page. Users do not need to register to do this. Essential user watches a video a small thumbnail of the video appears on the page with a watch again save to my favorites links, so every video they watch per user sessions gets stores like this as a small thumbnail on the web page. If the click save to favorites will populate a box of saved videos with the option to make a page of there favorites. They can do all of this without registering. 6. Show tag cloud of all searches by day, week, month, year (be able to control edit searches results users see in tag cloud so if user searches for f*ck we can remove also add searches we want in the cloud as well)Count how many times videos are viewed Let users send video to friend email or IM, Embed video to blog or myspace, Create RSS feeds and lists of videos, Bookmark pages, post pages and videos to [login to view URL] facebook share and other Social book marking sites, Create static pages for each day and categories, URL's need to be as SEO friendly as much as possible, Set up dedicated web server, Google analytics, Google ad words, ability to manage other ad networks in the future.
