I need one page developed in HTML/CSS. I'll give you sliced images or a psd file if you'd like. For just one page and I'll do the rest.
The problem I'm facing is the background.
I need the background to fill the screen no matter what resolution. But I also don't want it to rescale.
I want this solely done with HTML/CSS3. Javascript can be used to.
