Flash Banner Needed

728x90 banner needed..... Will have company logo/phone # appear in bottom left, static jpg on top right Then in middle will have 3-4 seconds of one set of text, followed by 2nd set of text I want the text to appear letter by letter with each new letter glowing....when line complete whole line glows, then start next line Do not bid if you can't do same quality as attached jpg (I know dimensions of attachment are not 728x90 but quality is point and the glowing aspect) Max amt paid per banner is $25, no exceptions.... This is trial, will need 4-5 more flash banners in next 10-14 days (728x90 as well as 300x250 dimensions)
