Drag and drop HTML elements

We need a javascript and HTML specialist to create us the following project: We need a webpage created so that an individual can drag content (HTML elements and form elements) to view what they have dragged onto a working area. Clicking on an edit button should show an edit HTML interface using TinyMCE or another similar editor. once the user clicks next, the form should be submitted in JSON notation to another page but they do not have to implement to the page. They just have to get it to the JSON stage.
