HTML and Javascript video webpage fix

I need help from an excellent web coder to take control of my web page at www.hamsta.com.au.

I created it in HTML and Javascript and used two scripts to deploy my videos: one is called [url removed, login to view] and the other one is called Fancybox. I adapted the scripts so I could edit the design of the controls. However I am not happy about the way the videos play on safari and other browsers, there seem to be a few bugs...

On Safari the videos seem to stall on start.

On Firefox the resize button does not work.

I also want the play controls to change colour on rollover when the movie is playing.

I believe all of the videos are too big in file-size and need to be reduced so they play faster on load.

All the videos to play on iPads and phones, but I have some Flash work which I want to put up at a later date so I need this function.

To sum up I need an expert coder to fix my page to be cross-browser compatible and create a template I can then adapt to create a whole web site at a later date.

I will supply all the videos as H264 movies and you will need to resize them and convert them into the relevant formats e.g. mp4, ogg, webm

There will be more work to follow so I want someone who is reliable and passionate about web-development especially using Javascript.
