Website graphic design has been completed. PSDs were sliced and coded, however the end result is too large for some resolutions. This is a small and simple project. I need the page to be optimized for 1024x768 so that there is no horizontal scrolling for anyone who visits the site. This project only involves making adjustments to already existing code and design so please bid accordingly. We do not anticipate spending more than $30 for the project.
