Ten templates for website - HTML and CSS

We require about 10 pages to be designed, each with a common look and feel. We have a logo and some custom graphics that must be taken into account when designing the site. The pages designed are going to be used as a template for JSP pages that will pull data from a database. Alternatively, we may manually insert the content into the pages. Whatever the outcome, the web pages you design must be easy to update. I will provide further details once we have selected a vendor. I am looking for someone who understands the concept of separation between content and presentation, so good use of CSS is a must. Also, I am looking for someone who can provide an elegant solution for displaying a takeaway's menu in clean, simple manner, reducing the user's need to scroll the browser window (see below for further info). Of course, the HTML you produce must be W3C standards compliant and work on all major browsers. To be considered for this project, post only comments applicable to the project, perhaps giving a brief outline of your intended solution for the display of the menu. Also, please provide some links to your portfolio. All obvious cut'n'paste messages will be ignored. DETAILS ======= The site is a listings site for takeaway (takeout) restaurants and their respective menus. Each page should have a header, comprising a logo, links to other pages within the site, and a space for a graphic the size of a banner ad. The site should be designed with a width constraint of 720 pixels, yet you are free to provide a fluid layout so the contents fits larger resolutions. Here's some rough details about what will appear on each page: Home Page --------- The home page will feature a list of types of cuisine, e.g. Chinese, Indian, Mexican, etc... It will also feature two lists, (1) 'Your Favourites' and (2) 'New Arrivals'. List 1 is a list offavourite takeaways as determined by the number of clicks to a takeaways menu and List 2 is a list of the newest takeaways added to our database. The home page should also have a space for something called the 'Takeaway Tally'. Essentially, this is a count of the number of takeaways there are in the database and live on the website. Category Page ------------- The category page will list all of the takeaways in a category. The category list will detail the takeaway name, postcode and other stuff. The list of categories should remain visible on this page too. Takeaway Page ------------- The takeaway page will show the name, address, opening hours, telephone numbers, etc... at the top of the page. Below the menu will be shown. Particular thought must go into the design of the menu because there are many different menu types (e.g. Chinese differs in format from pizza menus) and some menus will be long. As much as possible, the design must reduce the amount of scrolling required by the user. One method may be to take into account that a menu has many sections (appetizers, soups, seafood, etc...) and thus use JavaScript to come up with a nifty, user-friendly solution to the problem of viewing long lists. About Us Page ------------- We will write a short description about the company on the 'About Us' page. On this page we also want links to three other pages, 'Jobs', 'Online Ordering' and 'Terms and Conditions'. These additional pages will look the same as the 'About Us' except for the text, and perhaps a custom icon. 'Online Ordering' will be a page consisting of text explaining that we will be adding functionality in the future that will allow a user to place anonline order with a takeaway. This page may have a custom graphic.
