UI Design Atlanta

We are only looking for a freelancer who is physically in Atlanta. Do not respond otherwise. We are searching for a UI/Web Designer to take design from a mockup/wireframe to HTML. We require a designer who can take complete ownership of design and can create and edit HTML templates and (ideally) Rails and JSP views to apply designs. We are a new web business located in Midtown Atlanta and we want this person to be physically in our office when necessary. We are looking for someone who is excited about working on a new project where they can get intricately involved with the overall image and design. We are a small business and each person makes a big impact on the finished product. Required Skills: • CSS • Javascript • HTML • DHTML • Web 2.0 • Photoshop • Creative graphic design Additional Desirable Skills: • Flash • Flex • Ruby • JSP • Knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform and design constraints on the web • Ability to brainstorm well with other team members and give and take constructive feedback. • Working knowledge of PC, UNIX, and Mac environments
