A Telegram bot that can forward files from a private channel or group where this bot is an admin, and forward files to users via private chat would have the following functionality:
1)The bot will monitor the private channel or group for any new files that are uploaded.
2) When a user sends the command "/get_file [login to view URL]" in a private chat with the bot, the bot will check if the file named "[login to view URL]" exists in the private channel or group.
If the file exists, the bot will forward the file to the user via private chat.
3) If the file does not exist, the bot will respond with a message saying "Sorry, this file doesn't exist" in the private chat.
4) The bot could have an option to set a password for files to be sent, so only authorized users can retrieve files.
The administrator of the bot will have the ability to set a password for each file that is uploaded to the private channel or group.
When a user sends the command "/get_file [login to view URL]" in a private chat with the bot, the bot will check if the file named "[login to view URL]" exists in the private channel or group with ID 12345678.
If the file exists, the bot will then prompt the user for the password set for the file.
If the user enters the correct password, the bot will forward the file to the user via private chat.
If the user enters an incorrect password, the bot will respond with a message saying "Incorrect password, please try again" in the private chat.
The administrator can also manage the passwords and can update or delete them.
5) The bot can also have a functionality to log all the files sent and to which user, so that administrator can keep track of files been sent.
