DotNetNuke live Chat/video/audio between users

I would like a module which provides the ability for chat/video/audio between users on the DotNetNuke 9.1 CMS Platform. The users should be able to exchange instant messages or chat via microphone or video through the platform. Chat should be available for only certain users who belong in a certain security role. For each page the available users to chat between the current logged on user will be different, therefore, the function to display the available users to chat should be made available to me for further integration with another module. Each chat session should be kept stored in the database and load on future chat sessions (like Facebook chat). You need to demonstrate strong foundation that you are an experienced DNN developer to bid on this project.
