Fix Python and Javascript encoding issue from mysql db

Hello, I have made python code which saves Spanish character to mysql db. When saving, it saves correct encoding to mysql. And I have made API python code which gets Spanish characters from same mysql. But it is getting wrong data. For example , This "Boîte À Livre Blagon" Spanish string is being converted to "Bo\xeete \xc0 Livre Blagon". I want original character. I am calling this python API from javascript, so it is okay to get original character from javascript too. Python or Javascript both okay. Developer should work on Teamviewer. Thank you.
