Front-end of 2 pages using binding + polling

Need a skilled front-end developer to create a 2 page admin panel (each page having few variating elements, using datagrids). The main requirement is that the dashboard page needs to be refreshed automatically without refreshing the page (by using Two-way Data Binding). The data to use to refresh can be got from a pull (Polling). Or even better if you can do it, with a push from the server (Comet). I dont care much about the technology used as soon as it fits well the requirement (can be Angular, Vue, Riot, React). Must be compatible with Node.js. The mockups of required pages are done and I will send to interested applicants. All the backend REST endpoints already exist and are ready to be used (are not served from Node.js). 2 pages (3 Screens): 1) Dashboard page 1.1) General View 1.2) Running View 2) Details page
