HTML / JavaScript project

I have a large, ongoing web project to re-implement Flash screens in HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Your work will be done entirely in HTML/CSS/JavaScript using the KISS Web Development Framework ([login to view URL]). You will not need to look at any Flash/Flex, Java, or SQL code.
You will need to know HTML, CSS, and JavaScript real well.
This is a 30 to 40 hour per week, ongoing project. I am paying on a per-hour basis.
The Flash system has over 450 screens. The HTML re-implementation already has more than 140 screens and is already in production use. So the work you will be doing is just re-implementing more of those screens into an existing and running system.
The development environment is large and is easiest in Linux. (It can be done in Windows or Mac but you'd have to install and configure an X-server.) You will need a computer with at least 16 GB RAM and 80 GB of free disk space. You will also need a good Internet connection because you'll need to download a 10 GB development environment.
Although all of the work is in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, setting up the development environment is complex. However, once it's all set up, development is pretty straightforward.
I am a software engineer who knows the system well. I will review your work and be able to answer any questions you have.
I am willing to pay up to 16 hours for system setup, orientation, and learning the system, but only after two screens have been completed. This way, I'm sure we're making progress.
Each screen consists of a single HTML file and a single JavaScript file. All data is transferred with web services. The system has an API for this. Each screen typically take anywhere from two hours to several days. I will provide a time budget for each screen.
