We´ve been trialing Heap Analytics for a client and now want to implement the tracking of a defined visitors customer journey on the client sire. We´ve defined some basic tracking elements in Heap Analytics and want to fully deploy the tracking. In order to complete the work we´re looking for a long term analyst/developer to help us complete the work and perform ongoing adjustements. The work will require working with Heap Analytics API to gather data from other applications (namely a automation platform and email marketing platform) Questions: Have you worked with Heap Analytics or similar (indicate which ones)? Are you familiar with customer journey tracking? Do you have experience in working with API and integrations?

Hi, my name is Graziano and i'm graduated in Computer science and actually i'm enrolled in data science masters' degree. I haven't used Heap Analytics, but i can learn it, it's not a problem for me, during my years i've made a lot of analytics in Python using many libraries as Numpy, Pandas and so on. I haven't worked on journey tracking before but i've worked on social media KPI tracking for brand, so i think that i can cover this part of the project. I'm really fluent in using and learning new Api and integrating them in application.
