Locate Windows related bug in browsers (Chrome/Firefox)

We need someone with Windows 10, and latest versions of Chrome to debug an issue in our web application. Look at this video to understand what should be possible to do: [VIDEO-URL] THE ISSUE: - Clicks in the calendar area (when editing a link) doesn't result in added availabilities. - This ONLY happens to user with Window 10 and Chrome 63. Important note: for some Windows/Chrome users this works, but for the majority it doesn't. - Users on other setups, such as OS X or Windows + Edge, do not experience this issue at all.
