I need a basic chat system for my very small/tiny team about 11people. But the team is in different countries. Note that system should use Firebase and Realtime Database. Again it is an instant messaging system.

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a basic chat system for my small team of 11 people who are located in different countries. The system should be web-based and use Firebase and Realtime Database for instant messaging.
Preferred Platform:
- The chat system should be web-based.
Security:
- Security is very important for the chat system. So, the Firebase ApiKey, databaseURL and credentials should not be exposed to client-side web browsers. Must be handled at the server side level.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Firebase and Realtime Database.
- Proficiency in web development.
- Understanding of instant messaging systems.
- Ability to prioritize security measures in the development process.
