Need to ddd new and fixes to current Asp.net (c#) / SQL server application (2 pages CRUD)

I want to make changes in my current asp.net / sql server application. I need to add more fields to the current CRUD and fix small bugs.
There is an employee search and a details webpage with 7 TABS with employee base CRUD information. Basically you will have to do the following:
- The current employee search page is only searching the actual gridview page (need to search all pages in the gridview records)
- Add / remove fields in some TABS (CRUD already exists);
- Fix bug on current cascading dropdownlist on each TAB (CRUD already exists);
- Make sure no record are deleted if they have reference information on other tables;
- Date comparison between datetimepicker controls (one can not be greater than other);
- Fix current documents upload functionality (insert/update) and allow different doc. formats;
- Centralize all TABS CRUD operation confirmation messagebox;
- Add and play with CRUD cancel button for the different TABS.
