Do one simple change to my rails app

In my rails app i have a feature called People to know, write now it's comes static on the sidebar of the app, but i want to add it in the middle of the post just like twitter...for example a user is scrolling through the post after scrolling through 10 posts user will people to know. That's it pretty simple, but it's very very urgent, that's why i am paying this much, i want you to complete ASAP.
