Organisational Document Management in ASP.Net Webforms -- 2

Document Management Module should be incorporate to help Organization to effectively manage employee’s document actions and block specific actions, also records the detailed document actions of every employee. With it, there should be provision to take backs up of documents before they are modified or deleted in order to prevent unintentional and malicious data a loss. Document Management should be provided with following features: -- Allow only authorized employees to access specified shared folders on servers. -- Should have provision to take back up of confidential documents before they are changed. -- Should Record document actions including create, access, edit, copy, move and delete. -- Provision for log inquiry function. -- The document managed system will have a user friendly page with provision to keep it private or shared with seamless integration with mobile app developed for the same purpose. -- User can have privilege to keep their documents private and public. - Archive Management: A facility of auto archives will be provided to manage files wherein after the expiry date of the tenders, news, announcement etc, it will automatically be moved to the archive section, for lateral viewing. The archive section can be managed with a permanent manual delete provision. Facility should be provided to move the file(s) back to current section, if required along with the provision of sorting/filtering. The module has provision to switch between Hindi and English. For data entry forms, the data entry is possible in both languages. The module has login based permissions and access. It means one user can’t access or remove/update the information created by another user. Also some of the screens or facilities in the modules are extended as per the roles.
