Prompt before sending external emails in Outlook 365

Project Brief

I need a talented visual basic or JavaScript, C# programmer to develop a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 365.

To check all outgoing mail to external domains and alert (see attachment) users if they are either sending a mail directly or carbon coping external emails been sent outside the company.

Features

Confirm external recipients

Confirm external recipients and attachments in outgoing emails. When a user hits the “Send” button. This will trigger the plug-in which should iterate through all recipients in the TO,CC and BCC fields to check for external emails been sent outside the company domain (tom@[login to view URL])

Notification Window

After the user hits “Send”, they will see an alert window with a list of the intended recipients(see attachment), they should also see any attached files and be able to open these from this pop-up window. The user should be able to scan through the list and check the boxes to confirm the recipient addresses. Different domains to the host domain should be displayed in different colors.

Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition)

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).

4) Fully Readable and well documented source code, that can be recompiled on the BUYERS local workstations.
