I need to create a web page divided in two elements. The left-side element is a 3D model (I will provide) where the user can interact with the model. The right-side element receives events when the user selects some parts of the model in the left-side element. Also, if the user click on a part id of the model, the left-side element highlights the part. Examples are attached.

The project must be created in React js, using [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (preferable), and based in the create-react-app structure ([login to view URL]). Must follow ESLint guidelines so that there are no warnings in the console.
