Script to convert GPS Coordinates to Address

This project is to create a utility that can convert Lat and Long to Address that is parsed from and results written back to an Excel Spreadsheet
The spreadsheet will have the following columns:
Latitude (example provided data 39.434940)
Longitude (example provided data -76.629450)
Location (this is what the app would write back - 1965 Greenspring Drive Timonium MD 20193)
The app would simply read the spreadsheet, check the coordinates via a mapping service such as google maps and then write the results back to the spreadsheet. It can be written in anything but should run on Windows as a standalone app.
