Web GIS application with rich user experience. Desktop and mobile. Requirements: Web GIS application should be developed with JavaScript with following Tools a. Navigation Tools (Zoom in, Zoom Out, Zoom Window, Zoom to Extents, Pan) b. Spatial Query tools with Selection of Layer from Legend and Search by the attributes with conditions (equal to, like, not like, contains, in etc.,) c. Measure tool with option to find measurement (linear and area) in various units (meters, Km, Miles, Sq.m, Acres, Hectares, [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) d. Overview map with. e. Scale bar, display of Coordinates on mouse over, option to set the desired map scale. f. Map print with option to specify the paper size (should be parametric i.e., user should be able to specify the paper size as A4, A3, A2, A0, Landscape, Portrait etc,) g. Information button to display information of a feature. h. Login with RBAC. Option for role based the tools / features access. I. Swipe Tool j. Editing Tool bar for geometry editing with Snap option. WFS-T type of editing. k. Redlining feature based on user. Redline layer should be persistent and option for user to delete the redlining layer. l. Tool tip with configuration to display set of attributes and option to display photos. m. Option to load Layers through Web services (WMS, WFS) similar to ArcGIS server. n. Google site analytics with hit counter and other site analytics as dashboard to admin. o. Drag and drop of (Esri Shape files, KML and KMZ files). p. Option to export selection sets to formats like (ESRI Shape file format and KML format). q. Web Service to create image displaying cadastral parcels with schedule information (such as Road names, adjacent plot names, house numbers). The features should be scaled to a user defined bounding box. Example image will be provided. r. geo-coding service with form builder for attribute collection. Save geocoded information as spatial feature in database. Other features. a. Option to change (colours, title, button position, legend position, pop-up position, logo position, Map Title) b. Load base maps (change base maps, min 4) c. Spatial query - by selected area, spatial query - by creating custom shape, query result appears in pop-up) d. add logo on map bottom right corner e. show attribute table f. Interactive help button
