Joomla Specialist Required to Finish Abandoned Project

Hi,
Unfortunately there are some very unethical providers on this site who just don't finish projects. In my case, on of these has abandoned my project (#622216) unfinished. The website that needs finishing is www.taahira.com.
As far as I can see, the main part of the work has been done. The main parts that need finishing are as follows:-
- a landing page with links to the main body of the website;
- change of colour scheme etc to make the whole website more vibrant.
I will buy a template if necessary to achieve this. I have seen a couple
that I think would be quite suitable.
- linking a few links to our back end Associates section.
- Deleting a few unwanted links.
- Posting content to the relevant sections.
- Fixing spelling mistakes and other tidying up.
I need this finished by 15th July, 2010 latest. If you are unable to meet this schedule, please do not bid.
No upfront payments - been ripped off once already. But I will pay as you progress through the project.
