On that page, customers will have to fill in the following details.

Name

Email Address

Phone Number

Once submitted - a message should pop up saying: Please check your email shortly.

Then, they receive an automatic personalized email with a unique promo code which they will present at our shop. Please refer to the below picture as reference (something similar)
